Before we came to Half the Sky Foundation, some of us had rich work experiences in commercial companies. For others, Half the Sky is their first job. Whatever our background, we all wanted to work for a non-profit organization. Fortunately, Half the Sky gave us that opportunity. None of us hesitated to join when we learned that Half the Sky’s programs give orphaned children the love and support of a family. Nothing makes us happier than the idea that we can use our studies to help those children in China. We have grown through experience, and gained a better understanding of the importance of what we are doing for the children. With our love and care, they can grow up healthier.
